1️⃣ Terminal Parking/Airport Entrance.

Go2Gate® guides you from your parking spot or terminal entrance directly to the correct check-in counter with real-time ETA and dynamic routing.


Choices:


-> Scan QR code to open G2G Web App


• Enter Flight Number or

• Select Airline

Parking Level  ➜ Terminal Entrance  ➜  Check-In Zone & Baggage Drop off  ->  Security  ->  Gate 


*Note: In Terminal parking “save my spot” is available.




2️⃣ After Check-in.

Follow the AR blue line to the nearest security checkpoint based on live congestion data.


Choices:

• Find Fastest Route 

• View Waiting Time 

• Map

• Gate

• Dine & Shop

• Accessibility Route 


Direction Flow:

Check-In ➜ Security Control ➜ Fast Lane (if needed) -> Gate


Description:

The system calculates the optimal Security point and adapts instantly to congestion changes.




3️⃣ Passing Security Check:

Choose to explore retail or proceed directly to your Gate. 

Go2Gate® adjusts your route based on boarding time. Relax or Explore.


Choices:

• Go to Gate 

• Dine & Shop 

• Lounge Access 

• Live ETA

• Gate Updates

• Redirect to a new Gate if needed

• Restrooms 


Direction Flow:

1.  Security ➜ Retail Area ➜ Lounge ➜ Boarding zone ➜ Gate

2. Security  ➜ boarding zone ➜ Gate


Description:

Passengers choose between retail exploration, dinning or direct to Gate routing.
Boarding time awareness keeps them always on schedule and a continuous guidance ensures passengers arrive at their gate on time.




3️⃣ a. Shopping and Dinning

  • Any time selected, it will propose Shopping and Dinning spots along your route to your Gate 
  • In addition, it will send real time push notification for special offers (if applicable).

If you feel lost, one tap recalculates your position and restores your optimal path to your Gate.

*NOTE: Even if the “I am lost“ button is not pressed, the Go2Gate® System automatically detects route deviation under the following conditions:


  •  Heading deviates greater than 30° for 5’ minutes
  •  Prolonged stationary status exceeding 10’ minutes
  •  Sharp directional reversal of 180°


When triggered, the button will automatically glow and enlarge to attract attention.

Routing Created:


Arrival Gate ➜ Baggage Claim ➜ Exit/Parking/etc.

After Baggage Claim, the BLUE LINE will lead to:

  • Terminal Parking (Short/Long Stay)
  • Car Rental 
  • Taxi line 
  • Uber line
  • Public bus station
  • Private bus station
  • Hotel bus station

To deliver gate-change and flight updates,


  •  we store only the technical push subscription provided by your browser and the selected flight as a “topic.”

  • we do not retain location or route history.

Processing follows a strict data-minimization approach in alignment with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
